During an introductory conversation, we learn more about you and your business. We’ll talk about the history of your business and how it is doing currently. We’ll also ask about your exit plans. Basic details about how small businesses are valued and how they are typically sold will be discussed.
This service is also available to buyers who want to learn more about obtaining financing options for an acquisition loan (select Buyer option when scheduling an appointment)
*There is no further commitment after an introductory conversation unless you decide that you want additional assistance. A Review & Analysis of Business Financials (see below) may be offered after an Introductory conversation)
